Really good Stay in the Heart of It All

The staff exhibited great warmth! and readily addressed my inquiries. The hotel provided a late checkout at 1 pm, a great help given my circumstances. I received excellent advice about parking near the bay to save on costs. The hotel even stored luggage for us prior to check-in, a considerate service.
The shower lacked a curtain or door, resulting in water splashing throughout the bathroom floor, though this was a minor inconvenience

the apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious. it felt very warm and cozy. it really had everything i needed and more! the bedding felt high quality. the staff were very cute, i found that housekeeping were friendly and efficient.
the room was small. there was almost nowhere to unpack clothes and belongings. i lived out of a suitcase for the trip. there was a small rail with hangers, but no drawers and nowhere to store suitcases.

The apartment provided a great amount of space, great for flexibility . The staff members were friendly and helpful at all times, assisting with any queries. The kitchen was very modern and included everything needed for meal preparation. Complimentary teas and coffees were provided in the room each day.
I had a slight issue locating the front reception building initially.

The apartment is in a central area. It allows very easy access to bus routes. This is advantageous for joining tours and seeing the sights, i found. The building is close to shopping areas and amenities.

A breakfast basket is available at an additional charge. It contains a variety of items. The basket includes cheeses, boiled eggs, fruit, vegetables, butter, ham, and jam. Fresh bread gets delivered to the doorknob (it's still warm!) around 8 am.

i stayed in a one-bedroom apartment the kitchen had everything i needed for simple meals the bathroom was spacious and had good shower pressure staff members at the front desk were very friendly and professional they answered all my questions and provided useful information about the city
i didn't realize this accommodation had many locations so it was not the address i saw when i booked when i opened the terrace door, the people outside the bar were smoking there one meter from my bed luckily i wasn't going to bed early because it was very noisy until midnight

Wonderful apartment stay!

I really liked the breakfast service. Fresh bread arrived every morning. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, like milk and juice, and those items were replenished daily. Our room was very clean upon arrival. I found it convenient to walk to many shops and restaurants because of the central location.
The first few steps into the building were a little tough with luggage because there was only a stairway to the street.

The apartment featured a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, and stovetop. It really supported our needs. Daily housekeeping services kept the space fresh, and the complimentary breakfast items. the fresh bread delivery, were so nice.

the breakfast delivered daily with fresh bread was acceptable.
the sofa bed in our family room was uncomfortable , causing back pain. ventilation was inadequate , and when we opened the window , marijuana smoke entered. the overpowering sweet scent from aromatic sticks lingered in the apartments and lobby.
