Acceptable Location. Room Issues

small room night noise
The location was quite convenient for travel. I had issues with the room itself. The first room assigned was very small. It was also quite cold. There was a lot of noise at night from what sounded like furniture moving above.

good size easy check-in
Check-in was quick. Our rooms were a good size plus they were quiet and clean! Breakfast had a great variety including fresh fruit and coffee. The bus stop was right across the street so tours were very easy to catch.
The shower's design caused water to splash all over the bathroom. I had to use a squeegee each time after showering.
Location

The location is excellent for accessing attractions. The hotel is directly across from bus stop number five. This makes tours very convenient for hotel guests as well as airport transfers.
Service
10/10
The hotel staff seemed very friendly and helpful. They were always on hand to answer questions. The staff made sure the room was a priority to be cleaned early which I certainly appreciated.

convenient location rooftop bar small room inconvenient shower
I found the location very convenient. Bus stop #5 was just steps away! the proximity to the seafront was a delight. breakfast at the rooftop bar became a cherished ritual with fine views of the harbor and mountains. I found the selection very good.
The room felt small, and the desk arrangement left little free space. the shower setup was inconvenient. Water easily spread across the bathroom floor. i often had to use the provided squeegee, which detracted from the experience

convenient location with breakfast and nearby amenities

easy check-in breakfast buffet convenient bus stop
The check-in was easy. I was happy with my room. It was quiet at night. the included breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of choices including fruit and healthy options. the bus stop was across the street. It offered convenient pickup and drop off for tours. the view of the city including the bay was very good.
The tv is an old version. I could not connect to anything like youtube or netflix. the shower area is uncomfortable, and after showering, the bathroom floor is wet. there is a swing glass door, but it doesn't help. The water spills onto the floor.

The hotel's location is excellent for exploring. I could walk to various restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist. The view from my room of the mountains was amazing (especially in the early morning).
