helpful staffdated facilitiesmissing grab rail
the staff was helpful. the food was beautiful.
the room facilities seemed dated, not reflecting the hotel's makeover at all. worst thing was the bathroom facilities. there wasn't a separate shower, and no grab rail were provided for safety in the bath, i couldn't even use the plug, because it didnt fit. my partner couldn't get in the bath for a shower and it was too dangerous anyway.

The hotel staff showed helpfulness ! i especially enjoyed breakfast each morning. There was a very good selection of food. I loved sitting on the terrace! the private balcony offered amazing views right from the room i booked.

the hotel features a prime location! it is within a short walk to a viewpoint and various tapas restaurants. there is also a restaurant terrace overlooking the sea, offering beautiful scenery during meals.

the restaurant service offers attentive care, with staff providing quality attention. drinks are well-prepared, offering a good addition to meals. however the appetizer and main course were served simultaneously, so the appetizer got cold.
