The location worked REALLY well. It was close to many shops and restaurants. The hotel was also near main attractions, so it was easy to walk around. The rooftop bar had amazing views.
The room was very noisy in the morning. It started around 7:30 am because of maintenance work. The tea bags were not refilled EVERY day. Our family room was also on a lower floor.

The rooftop bar was a letdown. i felt ignored. Other tables received snacks. but we didn't. service felt slow and pushy with the tip request. it left me frustrated, not a great experience. the room's fridge was empty and during the night i needed something. i had to use a confusing vending machine.

i found the hotel's location to be quite convenient. it was easy to reach the metro station and a variety of dining options were nearby. the staff was cute and helpful to me.
i observed the interior utilized very dark greys and blacks. this made navigating the hallways quite challenging for me.
