i found the room spacious and well-lit with all necessary facilities. the bathroom included a tub, perfect for relaxation. the location proved ideal, and the staff demonstrated courtesy and professionalism. requests were handled quickly and efficiently.
the plug sockets in the room weren't fitted properly, so some did not work. the wi-fi was poor in the lobby, the main room, and the rooftop. the rooftop music was audible until 1 a.m., even though i was told it would end at midnight.

I found the interior very tasteful, with a tree made from bike parts near the staircase! the upstairs restaurant provided a unique dining experience, and it was wonderful to learn this was a co2 neutral hotel. sanjith was especially helpful throughout my stay. His assistance was greatly appreciated.
The lighting in the room was a bit dim. It made it difficult to discern colors at times. this was a minor inconvenience, though everything else was superb.

the pool was fantastic (it's a real highlight!) and the staff were always ready to assist. being able to use the pool and showers until 8 p.m. while waiting for my airport transfer was useful. the airport transfer was very well organized too.
