i loved that the pool is heated i swam even in winter it has a cool connection between the outdoor and indoor sections breakfast was a total win so many delicious choices were available i had an awesome start to each day i had a fun time.
i found it annoying that i had to ask for a kettle it was supposed to be in the room when i got there i needed it for tea so i hope they improve this detail.

this spot has resort facilities it's great there are two pools including one for adults only there are also restaurants on site a kids club and entertainment options all included.

the beds and pillows were comfortable i found a gift shop offering reasonably priced items this came as a pleasant surprise i have seldom encountered such comfortable bedding arrangements. i appreciated the modern design of the bathroom and found both the gym and pool to be quite good. the hotel provided spacious rooms and a great pool area for relaxation.
the location proved somewhat inconvenient for reaching the city center though the hotel itself was excellent.

The pool was very clean and the water was warm. the hotel has many amenities and all were well-kept. breakfast was a real treat. They offer wide variety of options and every thing was fresh.

the breakfast was excellent. there were many options and everything tasted fresh the staff provided excellent service. the gym also impressed me it had modern equipment and plenty of space.
the room felt a bit dated. the furniture showed some wear and tear i noticed the soundproofing was inadequate i could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

the room lacked a kettle, though tea bags were available, and the replacement kettle had burnt interiors. the nespresso machine was also non-functional. I requested a replacement via the hotel's app, but i received no response (quite frustrating, i must say).
