the staff was helpful. they helped us call a doctor when my wife was sick and checked on us every day to see if we needed anything. the hotel surprised my wife with flowers, cake, chocolate, and vouchers for her birthday. it was a pleasant experience.

the pool was too small to be very useful. the price of the room was high. i did not feel it was good value for money, however.

We chose this hotel and appreciated its centralized location.. most places were within walking distance. the breakfast buffet had many choices, i especially liked the fresh fruit. i found the staff very helpful and friendly. They always asked if i needed anything. the rooftop pool was great.

The hallway lacked air conditioning. This made walking to and from my room a bit uncomfortable.

unpleasant smells lack of air conditioning

The staff was helpful during check in and swiftly assisted with our luggage. I found this aspect quite acceptable.

the air conditioning in my room blew directly onto the bed. additionally, i noticed unpleasant smells in the hallways, there was no air conditioning in these areas, it made walking to and from my room uncomfortable. this impacted my overall experience negatively though.
