The staff was helpful during check in and swiftly assisted with our luggage. I found this aspect quite acceptable.

the air conditioning in my room blew directly onto the bed. additionally, i noticed unpleasant smells in the hallways, there was no air conditioning in these areas, it made walking to and from my room uncomfortable. this impacted my overall experience negatively though.
