breakfast choice clean room central location
The breakfast was good. There was plenty to eat and drink (especially the coffee!). The rooms and entire hotel were very clean. The location is close to the Royal Palace and within walking distance to many restaurants.
The stairs are too low, and despite my average height of 1m80, I bumped my forehead on the ceiling.

friendly staff convenient location city sightseeing good breakfast selection
i found the staff very friendly and their english was good. the location proved very convenient, with many food places and cafes nearby. the hotel was close to city sightseeing locations. the breakfast selection included a good variety.
the room design seemed a little dated, however, it did not affect my overall experience.

the hotel is situated near shops and restaurants, a short walk to the palace. it's approximately five to ten minutes on foot. many sites are reachable, and food and cafes are easily accessible.

friendly staff helpful staff clean rooms refreshing towel small room dated decor no hot water
i appreciated the friendly staff. they provided cool towels and a welcome drink upon arrival. the hotel featured two pools where i could relax. the rooms were also kept clean.
the room was quite small. bringing a lot of luggage would be very inconvenient. the decor seemed old. there was also no hot water.

the staff had good english skills. it was useful since i needed help finding local spots. the room was very tidy and clean and it felt cozy.
the pool was often shaded, so it wasn't ideal for sunbathing.
