the room included a microwave, a mini fridge, an iron, a kettle, and mugs for tea. the location allows easy access to both the underground and bus stations. the staff were friendly and always ready to help, which i found appreciable. (they always seemed to smile!).
The floor panels creaked and cracked as i moved around. It bothered me at night.
