Wonderful stay!

The staff was amazing. Everyone was very helpful. The restaurant menu had a wonderful selection, and all of the food was delicious. I appreciated that the hammam is located on site, it made it very convenient.
The air conditioning was very noisy in my room. I would have liked a quieter unit. I hope the hotel can address this soon!

a good stay with really good service
lovely terraces wooden cabinets helpful staff
I found so many lovely terraces and places to sit! the rooms were clean with charming wooden cabinets and beautiful mosaic details in the bathroom. The bed was fairly comfortable. i arranged transport and a guide through the helpful staff and i suggest you arrange transport from the airport before arrival. Google maps worked flawlessly here. if i ever go back, i would stay here again!
It's a little challenging to get to with luggage. i recommend getting a porter at the taxi drop. the stay was very comfortable though the location is good!

The hotel includes many locations to sit and relax. These are tastefully decorated. there are numerous locations to sit and relax offering tranquility even though the hotel sits in the middle of the souks. it is a fairytale hotel!

The location is central in the medina! the hotel is nearby but very quiet still. Most visits can be carried out by foot! the provided map was very helpful as google maps doesn't work in the medina.

The rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily. Rooms are tastefully decorated. rooms offer a mix of tradition and modernity. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. breakfast includes lovely fruit and croissants.

excellent hotel experience
fine decor polite word great care
it is a beautiful building with fine decor. i found yusuf at the front desk especially helpful and he always had a polite word. the hammam experience at the spa was AMAZING!!! aliza and hamsa took great care of me.
there was a bit of noise early in the morning. i feel the front desk staff could have shown more concern.

My room had a wonderful view of the pool. It was a great surprise upon check-in. the rooms had simple decor and comfortable beds. the maps provided by the hotel were very helpful.

The restaurant had a delicious and very extensive breakfast. i am happy i chose to eat dinner there every night. the restaurant is of a high quality and serves meals throughout the day. I appreciated this convenience.

the staff were super friendly and very helpful. they helped me get some online reservations done and they were very kind. the manager was especially helpful and could not have been more accommodating. all staff members go above and beyond.
