the hotel staff were helpful with taxi arrangements each day and taxis ran smoothly.
the hotel lacked an alcohol license and that information was not available online i found this disappointing especially as it is a french owned hotel also the restaurant hours were limited despite asking several times for a final invoice it was never sent this lack of professionalism was irritating

the hotel was fine, with decor which added to the romantic ambience. i found the pools beautifully maintained, with ample space for relaxation (the heated pool was divine!). the staff welcomed me by name each morning, such a lovely personal touch.
i noticed the restaurant's opening hours were somewhat limited, occasionally requiring alternative dining arrangements.
