limited parking unexpected expense

The hotel advertised complimentary parking. upon arrival, i learned there were only four spaces available. These spaces were also located a considerable distance from the hotel. I incurred an unexpected expense of thirty euros per night at a nearby parking garage, a cost i found unreasonable. I consider this discrepancy misleading and expect greater transparency regarding parking availability and associated costs.

small room faulty ac

The room felt quite small. I struggled a bit with luggage. The air conditioning was not working properly and I told the staff (resulting in a very stuffy night!). The minibar was empty, I wanted a cold drink after traveling. The soundproofing seemed insufficient. I heard noise from the hallway. The gym had limited equipment, just one treadmill.
