Staying at this hotel was a dream! The enormous bed in the room was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the view from the top floor over Budapest was stunning. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of 5-star. The location, just behind the main shopping area and close to all key attractions, couldn't have been better. However, the dining experience, while good, could have been more exclusive, and in-room espresso would have been a nice touch.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action and easy to access anywhere in Budapest. The service was wonderfully attentive, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms offered a pleasant view across a park and buildings such as St Stephen's cathedral towering in the background across Erzsebet ter. The double beds were spacious and well designed. The service, although not up to Ritz high standards, exceeded my expectations with the friendly and helpful staff, especially Judit Sipos, their guest experience manager. The location was superb, centrally located within walking distance to the Danube, and directly opposite the busy Erzsebet Ter Park. The dining experience in the stylish Kupola Lounge was delightful, offering a wide range of choices. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.
