The central location proved convenient for exploring.. Breakfast offered good choices. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby and common spaces have a great appearance.
The cleaning service was inconsistent. The room wasn't cleaned until noon.

The breakfast included multiple options and was very tasty. The breakfast area can get busy because of conferences. Some fresh items, like fruit, were not always replenished close to closing.

Mixed feelings about this stay.
deposit delayinconvenient process
I was not impressed by the lack of attention to detail. The deposit of 40 euros, were taken upon arrival, has not been returned to my account yet. I contacted the hotel. They said it could take up to 30 days. The process were inconvenient and caused a major frustration.

I found the hotel ideally situated near the opera house. The proximity to several key attractions made sightseeing easy. I particularly appreciated the plentiful breakfast. It had a better selection than many other hotels I have visited.

the breakfast selection included smoked salmon. the room had blackout curtains ensuring good sleep. i appreciated the 24/7 reception. luggage storage was also available at no cost.
