low pressure frequent shutdowns

The room I booked featured a rain shower. The water pressure was EXTREMELY low. The air conditioning shut off frequently. I also found the bar and nightclub onsite to be a bit noisy at times. These factors affected my stay negatively.

renovated room shower feature parking structure

I appreciated the newly renovated rooms. The rain shower feature in the bathroom was especially nice. The location offers convenient access to Union square and other attractions. I found a parking structure (with in and out privileges) just a short walk behind the hotel to avoid parking hassles.

I noticed that the walls seemed quite thin. This led to some noise issues from neighboring rooms . It wasn't overwhelming, but definitely noticeable.

Acceptable Stay Near Union Square

great location city view poor hospitality disappointing staff

The hotel location proved great I could walk to most tourist spots. My room on the 11th floor featured two big windows I saw great city views. It felt more like an apartment I enjoyed the room's spaciousness.

I noticed some historic elements remained in the hotel I booked a spacious room with a comfortable bed. The hospitality felt deplorable the staff seemed disappointing. I wish I had never stayed at this hotel.

renovated rooms and great location

rain shower comfy beds

I liked that the rooms are newly renovated! we loved the rain shower feature and the rolling bathroom shower door. there are restaurants right across it that serve paella, thai food and ramen if you want a quick meal. the beds were so comfy. We woke up early to go for a quick run to union square and back.

the hotel is very noisy because there is little to no sound proofing between rooms. i could clearly hear the woman on the phone in the next room! getting close to 9 pm i banged on the wall, it solved the issue temporarily.

the staff was friendly and accommodated my after-midnight check-in. the room was large and tastefully decorated.

the ac in the room did not work very well and kept shutting off. the rain shower in the bathroom had barely any water pressure.
