Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay
room upgrade excellent view convenient location
The room upgrade was a treat and provided ample space. I enjoyed the hotel's amenities. The rooftop bar offered excellent views. The hotel location was convenient with parking nearby and easy access to transportation and dining options.
Soundproofing could be improved, as noise from nearby rooms was sometimes audible.

The rooftop lounge named 'The Starlite' offers relaxing ambiance and views. There is access to a nearby parking lot and the cable car is very close to the hotel. The hotel also offered a complimentary postcard.

unexpected fee constant hum
The urban destination fee was unexpected it was quite a surprise at checkout. i wish they had been more upfront about it i felt a little blindsided. also the room faced a generator there was a CONSTANT hum , made it hard to relax during the day or get a good night's sleep.

great location beautiful architecture amazing mattress
the location is great close to many restaurants. the hotel has a beautiful architecture and a gorgeous lounge. the mattress was amazing.
the sports facility is not complete, it especially lacks free weights. the room tv had limited access.
