Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were alright; I noticed a few cleanliness issues like hair in the tub and nail clippings in the trash, which was a bit off-putting. I also didn't get the room location I preferred despite my request, but on the bright side, the entertainment program was fantastic.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were bright and well-equipped, resembling a teenage girl's bedroom rather than a high-end hotel room, though the prices were on the higher side, which is expected in a big city like San Francisco. The service was exceptional and included some great amenities, but it came at a premium cost. The location was convenient for exploring downtown and the waterfront, but the surrounding streets were not the most appealing.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a block or two away from the SF MoMa, perfect for our short layover in SF. The rooms, although a bit smaller than expected, were comfortable. The cleanliness could have been better as there were some hygiene issues. The staff, from Alberto to Nikko and Santiago, was great and friendly, making the service wonderful. The location is easily accessible to many attractions and conveniences, including restaurants and shopping. The dining experience, although with some complications, offered a $15 credit at Trace, the hotel restaurant. Overall, a convenient spot but with room for improvement in cleanliness and room size.
Oh man, I gotta say, this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag for me. On the one hand, the rooms were like a dream-the bed was the comfiest I've had in ages! But on the other hand, they were definitely starting to show their age, more like a teenager's room than a luxury stay. The service was pretty top-notch, they really tried to cater to my every need. The location was a bit sketchy, not gonna lie, with some pretty dirty streets nearby, but hey, it was super convenient for hitting up all the city hotspots! Dining was decent but overpriced, and don't even get me started on the confusing check-in area. Overall, it had its highs and lows, but I'd say it's worth a visit if you can snag a good deal.
My stay at the hotel was unexpectedly quiet, a real bonus in the bustling downtown area. The rooms were perfect, comfortable, super swanky, and the daily service was truly refreshing. However, the use of a loud metal key for knocking was a bit annoying. The location, while near popular scenic spots, felt a bit distant from the main city buzz for my liking.
