My stay at the hotel was beyond my expectations! The rooms were incredibly comfortable with an amazing mattress and pillows, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown Palo Alto. However, parking during the week was a bit challenging.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit noisy and smaller than expected, but having an Illy coffee maker was a nice touch. The noisy environment made it impossible to sleep, leading me to switch hotels for the second night. The service, on the other hand, was exceptional, with helpful and friendly staff attending to every detail of my stay. The location was great with easy access to top-rated restaurants, although the street noise was a downside. The dining options were limited but enjoyable. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.

The location was perfect, being within walking distance of downtown Palo Alto and all the great restaurants.
