minor billing hiccups

billing errorsunclear fee
the bill had errors they added food and drinks that weren't ours during checkout. i caught it when i checked the itemized bar bill and it didn't match what i had. after i left i checked again and they still charged me for other people's drinks. i called but their computer was supposedly down so they promised to call back but never did. the dog fee wasn't very clear at £19:50 a night.

The staff lacked enthusiasm, i felt. the music in public areas was too loud. I had to request it be turned down. our welcome wasn't very friendly. I found the experience impersonal.

The staff was very attentive. i found convenient free parking near the hotel during my entire stay. the location is really good. I was steps away from the beach and enjoyed the seaside atmosphere.
The lift was a bit slow. I opted for the stairs most of the time to save a few minutes.
