convenient parking tropical garden good location multiple pool
the hotel provided convenient off-road parking and ensured the safety of our vehicle. tropical gardens added a sense of tranquility and beauty to the surroundings. i enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and shops as the hotel had a great location. the pool area offered multiple pools and loungers allowing for a relaxing time under the sun.
the room's coffee table had a glass top i bumped into occasionally.

the hotel features a charming restaurant where i could view the ocean. this restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner offering flexibility. the heritage restaurant provided delicious food and amazing service contributing to an lovely dining experience.

the hotel is close to the ocean allowing for easy access. i felt safe exploring the area and even took a leisurely stroll to the local stores. the location is beautifully central in town making it easy to reach the shopping complex.

subpar coffee inadequate lighting
the breakfast did not meet my expectations and the coffee was subpar it lacked the quality i would expect from a hotel of this caliber it made for a disappointing start to the day i also found the room lighting inadequate it was difficult to read in the evenings and created a dim atmosphere the bedside lamps provided insufficient light and a brighter overhead light would have been beneficial

slow drain weak wifi
The room i got was not quite up to par. the bathroom sink was draining very slowly. It took ages for the water to go down. also, the wifi signal was practically non-existent! it made it difficult to get any work done.

the breakfast had many options and tasted great. the pool area included many spots to sit and relax. the staff provided consistent service. i enjoyed that the hotel had its own cinema.
The coffee table in my room had a glass top. I bumped my legs on it!

Lee-Ann helped. She is a professional. The hotel decor included hand-picked details, I saw. Breakfast included delicious food and attentive staff, I noticed. Sea views from the hotel added magic to my stay, definitely.
The bar fridge in the room was empty, a bit disappointing.

adequate stay with a few issues
flooding sink insufficient lighting
the room was well equipped, though it wasn't perfect.
The bathroom had a flooding water sink (it wasn't a pleasant surprise). the lighting was insufficient. I noticed only one bulb per chandelier, i suppose, to save money. dental kits were not readily available.
