the room was really nice and very spacious it met my basic expectations.
the room only got cleaned every second day i was not informed about this beforehand it was quite inconvenient especially after long days of exploring i would have preferred daily cleaning.

The staff shared information about hotel amenities. they provided a rollaway bed upon request. the location is convenient to shopping. i also found the coffee maker very useful. It was available upon request.
i found the valet unhelpful upon arrival. he seemed to judge my questions about parking. this.

the bed was too low. i struggled to get in and out. the new vent fan in the bathroom was quite loud. it ran constantly, i found it pretty annoying.

the elevators were slow and sometimes out of service. this created long wait times, especially during peak hours. the bathroom lacked sufficient counter space. i found this inconvenient.
