The hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. It's a short walk to both the main train station and shopping areas. The staff were very kind and offered a warm welcome (a beer on arrival was a nice touch!). I especially appreciated their helpfulness in answering my questions.
I found the limited number of tv stations available in my room slightly disappointing.

The location's proximity to transportation options was acceptable. It aided movement around the area.
The broken shower head was a distinct issue. I also found communication to be lacking. My request received a response twelve hours later, not an efficient way to handle guest concerns. A quicker response time is essential for addressing immediate needs.

this hotel has a pretty great location. i was close to the train station and shopping areas, it was very convient. our room was a suite and felt so spacious.
soundproofing in this hotel is a problem. i could hear street noises and everything happening in the corridor. also, there wasnt any closets for clothes, thats a real bummer.

the reception staff was very polite and helpful. the location was excellent as it was in the city centre. it was next to a subway food hall with numerous dining options.
There were no closets for clothes. the air-conditioning hardly worked. i had many problems with the plumbing in the bathroom. Water stuck in the sink and the shower handle was problematic.

The location near the train station seemed useful.
My room felt neglected with a broken shower head. The TV also did not work and I waited twelve hours to hear back about a room change. Loud music played outside, so I could not sleep.
