the breakfast had a decent selection of items.
the wifi was annoyingly slow at 4-6mbps (this made working difficult). the front desk staff acknowledged the issue but failed to resolve it .

the location was near transportation, acceptable.
The television had limited functionality. It showed picture interference. i stayed in two rooms within one week, and both rooms had the same issue. the showers should be accessible as there is a risk of slipping. the bed had a defective mattress on one side (i could feel the springs).

the breakfast selection was certainly there. plenty of options, i guess.
The room i was given needed a serious update. The furniture was like it was from another decade, and the bathroom... well, let's just say the showerhead sputtered more than it sprayed. i expected better, honestly.

The room temperature was too warm. The air conditioning made a lot of noise, but it did not seem to be working properly. the pool was closed for two hours during the day (between 12 and 2 pm). This interruption was inconvenient.
