The service is exceptional, with friendly and cooperative staff, notably Simerpreet. The location is very convenient, located inside a Mall with exceptional employees like Anshul and Satish ready to assist. The dining options could be more varied, but the limited choices are satisfactory. The facilities are all amazing, up to the standard of the hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by the availability of rooms at the last minute, although the initial ones I received were disappointing in cleanliness and the receptionist's attitude. The hotel exudes a cozy ambiance with its warm lighting, but noise from adjacent rooms was a drawback.
