helpful staff good breakfast inconvenient location few restaurants

i found the breakfast to be good. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful too. it was about a fifteen minute walk to the metro. then it was five stops to duomo for just a few euros return.

the location is not very central i think. there are two bus lines a rough five minute walk away. it is definitively not walkable from the city in my opinion. there isn't much around the hotel if you need anything.

helpful lady good breakfast large bed

i spent a couple of nights there and appreciated the reception staff, especially the lady who checked me in. i used the nearby bus stop with lines 43 and 81 to reach the city center. the hotel provided a nice breakfast, also my room had a fridge and kettle.

the rooms felt somewhat worn. some rust was visible on the shower mirrors.

The breakfast buffet offered various options. Staff at the front desk were accommodating and helpful. The king size bed was comfortable. Rooms were modern.

The air conditioning was turned off during my October stay, made the room warmer than preferred with three adults sharing it. Despite this, the lobby had perfectly functional air conditioning.
