I stayed here for two nights. The room was large and bright, equipped with efficient air conditioning (a true blessing after a day of sightseeing). The location is unbeatable, with the Duomo just a short walk away. I especially appreciated the staff. They were friendly and helpful.

The service provided was amazing. The staff was very friendly. The hotel personnel were fabulous and strived to please. They held our luggage since we arrived earlier than expected. The welcome and personal guide to our room was a really nice touch.

We received an upgrade to a fantastic room. It had excellent facilities. The location was very convenient. The apartment included a good kitchen with a minibar. It had a conduction hob and sink.
There were a lack of plugs for charging tech items. The air conditioning wasn't very effective on a warm day. I needed to ask for a second bath towel.
