spacious room bus stop friendly staff no hand soap small shower no coffee
The room was very spacious. A bus stop taking you to the city center was located right in front of the entrance.. it was convenient. The hotel staff seemed friendly too.
I noticed there was no hand soap in the washroom. When I asked, I was told they did not have any in the hotel. The shower felt small. There was no coffee available in the rooms or anywhere in the hotel.

uneven experience
cold eggs stained towel
I found the breakfast quite disappointing. the scrambled eggs seemed cold each morning and there wasn't much variety in the cheese selection. also, i noticed that the cleaning staff didn't always replace the used towels. One day, i found a towel with a stain on it, which i reported to reception but didn't get much of a response.

electric kettle excellent bed really good breakfast good food
I found an electric tea kettle, though it wasn't in the description. the bed was excellent. It was the best one on my trip. breakfast was really good. It was the best breakfast of all the hotels on this trip. the food in the restaurant was very good too. It was better than in several places in the central city.
the receptionist didn't seem to care when i asked about tea and coffee facilities. it was a real disappointment, though the room was otherwise okay.

the hotel features a sauna. a jacuzzi, ready for guest use. there is dependable, fast wifi available. the location is near bus stops, so transportation is accessible.

the staff were kind. the staff provided good service, and they were approachable. also, the hotel provides a toothbrush plus toothpaste in the bathroom. the hotel allowed luggage storage until the evening, helpful.
