excellent room good area delicious dish
I have stayed for several nights. the hotel facilities presents excellent room maintenance. the poolside area felt good and i appreciated the restaurant. Plenty of delicious dish choices exist.
I had a slightly negative experience with one receptionist. They are less engaging.

adult aspect ionian sea helpful staff
the adult only aspect was wonderful. the views of the ionian sea are fabulous. the staff are genuinely nice and helpful. they worked tirelessly to.
i noticed little shade around the pool area. i think some additional umbrellas would be beneficial.

comfortable beds friendly staff
the pool is lovely with sunbeds available i particularly enjoyed the double beds they are very comfy. staff members are very great it. i stayed in a beautiful room it was super clean and comfortable with a gorgeous double sink and shower.
before my arrival i sent an email asking for recommended restaurants nearby but i never received a response. i expected a much higher level of service attention and respect . sadly this experience was disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. I found the air conditioning to be great in my Beautiful Double Room.
There was very little shade around the pool. The restaurant was a little pricey for what I got, I felt. Access in and out of the two pools was not great.

really good experience!
wide selection amazing food attentive staff
the staff was kind and helpful, from reception to housekeepers. breakfast included a wide selection with a local take. i enjoyed the poolside bar and restaurant where the food tasted amazing! the waiters and bar staff spoke good english and were professional and attentive.
my bathroom was the smallest one i've ever seen in a hotel and might not suit everyone. other guests said their bathrooms were fine, so it may have been specific to our wing. i will try to get the swim-up rooms next time for sure!

fresh pastries comfortable sunbeds attentive service
the breakfast buffet featured many choices. pastries were delicious there. Fresh fruit juices were also available. The pool area includes many sunbeds.. those are very comfortable. The bar provided attentive service near the pool.
access in and out of the bigger of the two pools is somewhat difficult.

lovely beach superb grounds convenient location
I enjoyed the convenient proximity to a lovely beach, approximately 400 meters away. Loretta was fabulous, delivering my coffee every morning with a smile. The grounds of the hotel were superb. I enjoyed the overall location.
