this hotel blew my mind, and i travel a lot. it's really good in every way, with every staff member so warm. the location couldn't be better, close to the underground station. i found my room clean and modern, the complimentary toiletries being an amazing brand. it was such a plus!

i really enjoyed the helpful staff. the room included nice touches. i found the neighborhood on the edge of kensington to be quite pleasant. the nearby tube station provided convenient access.
I noticed the public areas lacked a certain charm. They seemed somewhat uninviting.

The housekeeping service was thorough. The staff folded clothes and maintained everything neatly, exceeding expectations. The location in a peaceful South Kensington neighborhood was also very accessible. I found three underground lines less than two minutes away by foot.
