Check-in took a long time. I asked reception some questions about the area, and they did not know the answers. The hotel does not have the games room that was advertised.

The location is very close to the quay. The dining room offered nice views. Our bedroom and bathroom felt spacious with a bath. I appreciated the rear entrance which gave us a short stroll to the harbour.
Check-in took A LONG time. Some advertised amenities like the games room were not available. The reception staff seemed to lack knowledge about the area. I also found that breakfast was awful with tiny portions.
