The staff greeted me with a very humble welcome. The team proved supportive and responsive. I also appreciated the fresh scent throughout the hotel. It contributed positively to my overall experience.
I observed that the hotel seemed to have aged a bit. I noticed some wear on the facilities. It would benefit greatly from updated maintenance.

THE gym includes modern equipment such as three treadmills and two stationary bikes, nice for comprehensive workouts. The rooftop pool area offers approximately twenty loungers, and a shaded section provides respite from THE sun. Complimentary valet parking is available to all guests.

My executive room on the high floor offered ample space, including a king bed and a seating area. The bathroom featured two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. A work desk with multiple power outlets allowed easy connectivity and enhanced productivity.

artistic decor
the reception staff did a great job. ayman and polash were very helpful too. mariam and her team organized a wonderful birthday surprise (it really warmed my heart!). the hotel has modern, artistic decor, giving it a unique atmosphere.

the rooms have very clean environments. there is a swimming pool at the top along with a bar & lounge. the location suits those who want to shop at meena bazaar and gold souk, and it is a short distance.
