prime location direct access safety measures
the hotel's location within the mall offered unmatched convenience. direct access to shops and restaurants saved considerable travel time. i found the cleanliness and safety measures reassuring .
during my stay, the breakfast service felt repetitive after a few days. the options, while good, lacked VARIETY, which affected my overall dining experience.

the hotel was well-kept. i appreciated the fast check-in and checkout processes. i found the location very convenient as it's connected to the emirates mall. this access.
the room service was slow, and it often took longer than expected for orders, especially during peak hours.

The breakfast was quite diverse, and it was definitely one of the best i have had.
My room needed refurbishment. Most of the furniture seemed worn out. It ALSO was hard to get a normal pillow.

Really good Stay
warm staff spacious design amazing breakfast quick access
The staff was warm and cute. Ahmed, the concierge, provided amazing food spots. The hotel being connected to the mall of the emirates is quite convenient if anything is needed. I felt well taken care of . The grand beautiful room had a very spacious design. The 'living room' and 'bedroom' areas were clearly separated. The view overlooked the highway, but it was still nice. I found the staff to be attentive. The breakfast was amazing. The location is great. The room amenities, decoration, and design were beautiful. Everything about the facilities and food was top notch! I had quick access to the metro. The metro made the rest of the city accessible. My room was large, nice since i stayed for several nights. I appreciated the separate eating and sitting areas plus a large bathroom.
The minibar was emptied after i declined a deposit. I found this to be a sign of distrust.

The concierge service was very good, and the staff was always smiling. Front desk representatives greeted guests with a smile. Support was available round the clock and special requests were attended to with genuine care.
