Excellent Stay Near the Castle
spacious room welcome letter fresh pastries
The room was spacious, which I appreciated. The wax-sealed welcome letter was a nice touch. I found the breakfast selection satisfying with constant replenishment (the pastries were fresh).
The location, while close to attractions, involved a steep uphill walk, which could be challenging for some guests.

Wonderful Stay Near the Castle
great location spacious room comfortable bed quiet place
I think the hotel location is great, I walked to cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a short walk to a bridge. Our room was spacious and the beds was comfortable. Hotel was very quiet it was very important for my rest.
The sheets werent changed daily but they was changed every other day, twice in four days.

Breakfast had a good selection of cheese and bread, I thought that was amazing. I see that hot food was overcooked, mainly the vegetables, a shame. There were plenty of choices available each morning to enjoy

The location is really very good near the castle and the Vito church. The bridge and astrological clock is a comfortable 10 minutes walk. Trams are easily accessible, I liked that a lot, and make travel very simple.

The staff was very kindly and helpful, they helped me with my luggage. I see they are available 24 hours at the reception. I believe service standards are great at this hotel.

bad bed uncomfortable mattress
the hotel was clean the staff were always there to help guests.
the breakfast was a catastrophe, the food ran out before the end time. also, the beds are bad and the mattresses are uncomfortable. i found it quite loud at night due to the street noise.
