My Double Room was excellent. The big TV provided great entertainment and the shower was good. I was pleased with the refreshments provided in my room. The large carpark and free parking added to my convenience.

the staff were FRIENDLY and professional. the bed and bedding were excellent. complimentary tea, coffee from a pod coffee machine, biscuits, and hot chocolate were AVAILABLE. staff provided a dog bed, bowls, treats, and even a ball for my dog.
i WONDER why the bathrooms do not close from the outside.

The staff provided complimentary tea and a pod coffee machine with coffee, biscuits, and hot chocolate. It met my expectations.
i found the family room to have only one window facing a corridor, the room was quite dark. the bunk bed seemed unstable, and my kid felt unsafe. spider webs were visible in the hotel, though not in my room itself.

The breakfast bacon was cremated one morning. It was inedible. in the evening, i found the tables too close together. the noise made conversation difficult and spoiled the meal.
