Acceptable stay overall
helpful staff comfortable bed clean room stiff door detached handle sharp edge
The staff was very polite and helpful. The rooms were a decent size, AND a comfortable bed was provided. The hotel looked beautiful , very clean.
I booked a standard double room. The en suite bathroom had a sliding door that was stiff and hard to close. The inside handle of the bathroom was not attached , IT came off.

convenient location nice bathroom musty smell limited privacy
the location was convenient, close to restaurants and the sea. the bathroom was quite nice. the bed was comfortable too, it was great after walking all day.
The room had a musty and damp smell. i had to keep the blind lowered the whole time due to the window facing another building directly. This was not ideal.

comfy bed smooth check-in
The room offered a comfy bed and adequate space. i found the room quite clean. That was something i sought. the cafe discount, though requiring an early claim, was indeed a bonus. the check-in process was smooth and efficient.
the toilet did not flush effectively, a small inconvenience. it is something to consider if i were to stay there again. it's a detail that slightly detracted from the overall experience.

clean room convenient location helpful staff
the room was clean i observed good maintenance. the location is convenient to local attractions and the beach. the staff provided helpful recommendations for nearby dining which i found very useful.
the en suite bathroom featured a sliding door that was quite stiff. i found it difficult to close and this posed a small inconvenience .
