street noiseinaccurate information
My room faced the street. noise from the bars below was constant until late. Sleep was difficult. i also noticed a lot of noise outside the room, potentially from other guests. I had very poor sleep. the hotel uses a car park about ten minutes away. The discount made it only slightly cheaper. the information about parking lot closure was inaccurate, it caused unnecessary stress before a 6am flight. Staff need to verify information before sharing it.

i found the staff helpful with lost luggage they contacted the airport and provided assurance the service was really good i also appreciated the hotel's central location making exploration easy the rooftop bar was a relaxing spot with nice views i liked the complimentary drink coupon.
the room faced the street i experienced significant noise from nearby bars this impacted sleep quality the hotel offered no parking instead i had to use a car park a 10 minute walk away the reduced rate was still expensive.

breakfast included many selections of fruits and cakes a hot buffet was also available i liked the variety and freshness on offer the green breakfast room had very helpful staff that were always courteous.

the reception team was superbly informed and helpful they went out of their way to assist me with any needs another staff member alexandrina always greeted me with a smile these were clear examples of the high quality of service.

the beautiful double room was clean and spacious toiletries of a decent quality were provided air conditioning worked effectively maintaining a cool and comfortable environment the bathroom was large with good facilities.

the room was quite small , i felt a bit cramped. there were hairs in the bathroom , it felt not very clean. this was particularly disappointing , especially for the price i paid.

The hotel staff was attentive! They assisted with hiking suggestions and parking information. The rooftop bar is amazing, especially the winter views. It was an excellent experience.
The room faced the street, causing significant noise from the bars below at night. This resulted in poor sleep for three nights. It was very loud at night due to the bars below.
