The queen room was immaculate and large! i really appreciated the lavazza coffee machine and the complimentary bottled water. there were also three usb ports on the bedside table. Very convenient for charging devices.

Breakfast offered so much choice that nothing was lacking! the oxbo restaurant offered a yummy menu. I ate there twice. the club sandwich at the bar was seriously one of the best i ever had. Delicious!

Really good Stay and Heartwarming Surprises!

I always choose this hotel as my home away from home for work trips. This time, I received an very nice surprise. Musab nominated me as the guest of the day. I was greeted with a complimentary dessert plate. The presentation was just fine. I also received free drinks and a complimentary breakfast. The staff were very good.
The USB charger in my room did not function, an inconvenience. I discovered rubbish underneath the bed. The shower head was unfortunately cracked, causing water to spray everywhere during my shower.

I had a really charmed stay. jana's service stood out with smiles and complimentary upgrades. she gave me detailed information about the hotel amenities and the area. musab nominated me as guest of the day. I got a dessert plate, free drinks, and free breakfast. it was a nice surprise after a busy business meeting.
I did not enjoy paying for parking. the £15 charge felt outrageous. It should be included in the room price. the gym seemed too busy and underequipped due to public memberships. the pool was more suited for kids with its classes.
