the location was excellent , close to both the shopping mall and the beach. i appreciated that the hotel provided two room key cards. my room had a large balcony , and fresh towels and water were supplied daily. the rooftop pool was nice , offering a quiet space to cool off.
i noticed a slight mold smell in my room , possibly from the air conditioning unit.

the reception staff were always helpful and friendly. the concierge provided good advice and assistance when i needed it. the kitchen staff during breakfast were always smiling and helpful.

my superior double room was spacious and comfortable. the bathroom was a good size , and everything was clean. i liked the large balcony that came with the room , allowing for relaxation.

the room was always clean. the maid who cleaned my room was excellent. i appreciated the great service. the hotel also has secure ground floor parking, a feature i found very useful.
the water did not drain fast enough when i showered. gurgling from the drain was evident.

The location was convenient. It was close to central shopping. the rooftop pool area seemed generally quiet. i found good value for money overall.
i found the common areas such as the lobby somewhat spartan. the landings also seemed similarly bare. it affected the overall ambiance a bit.
