i loved the hotel's proximity to orchard road it made shopping super easy the room was also spacious and well-kept with a great view the bed was comfortable ensuring a good night's sleep i also really liked the multiple dining options available on-site offering a variety of cuisines
i noticed some wear and tear in the bathroom the shower grout had some visible mold i found the check-in process a bit slow it took longer than expected i also think the room service menu could have more variety it felt somewhat limited

The location was convenient. It was close to several attractions. The room also included a balcony. I enjoyed having coffee there each morning. Breakfast offered great variety. It catered to both Asian and European tastes.
The gym had some older machines. I found this disappointing. The operator service was also lacking. He did not seem knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities.

I stayed in a beautiful premier king room. it was clean and spacious. the bed was very comfortable (i slept so well!). the location was excellent. It was close to the mrt.
the room had nescafe gold sachets that were expired.
