charming stay
upper floor guest discount room cleanliness
We stayed on an upper floor. Discovering how to manage the heating was key as it got quite warm. dinner was very good. The guest discount reminded me of a real perk. the bed offered great comfort, and the cleanliness of the room stood out to me.
i noticed the absence of an elevator, made navigating the stairs with luggage a bit challenging.
Service

the staff offered help with luggage, given the absence of a lift.. this assistance was invaluable after a long journey. i found every staff member to be affable and ready to assist with a smile. they clearly care about their guests.

run-down building unwelcoming staff
The room wasn't quite as modern as i expected! the building looked pretty run down. the bathroom was clean though. also, the staff wasn't very cute. They seemed idle but refused an early check-in. the location wasn't great either.

The air con was a bit loud, but that could have been due to me not knowing how to work it.
