The location is really great. It's easy to walk to many interesting places. The staff are friendly. They always are happy to help you with a smile.
My room was small. I had little space to move around the bed and the wardrobe. The window did not open much. It faced a lightwell with air conditioning units. This made constant noise.

january stevens gave fantastic service! she went out of her way to welcome my daughter's birthday celebration. she met them too. i booked a beautiful room. the birthday additions included beautiful petals on the bed in a heart shape. rooms were very clean! breakfast was plentiful and everyone loved their stay.

the staff were very cute and friendly making the stay acceptable.
the room wasn't that clean on arrival i saw the shower head did not fit its holder this was a minor but irritating problem the plug next to my bed was faulty it burnt my charger and i couldn't charge my phone it was a fire risk.
