broken lift heavy luggage
The location was very convenient for accessing nearby amenities. The staff were helpful and polite.
The lift was out of service during my entire stay on the third floor. This made transporting my luggage very difficult (especially when checking out).

The location is stellar. It's in a lovely area of town. it was a quick walk to the underground station and nearby museums. i found the room clean and functional. It had everything i needed. the staff members were quite helpful !

acceptable stay with a few hiccups
small room poor soundproofing
the bed was comfortable and provided a decent nights sleep.
The room size was smaller then i expected. I felt a little cramped. also, the soundproofing was not good. I could hear noise from other floors, not ideal. the bathroom had limited space too.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. they were super friendly. the location was great (very close to the hospital i needed). the size of the bed was nice.
the room i stayed in needs some maintenance in the bathroom. the paint was peeling off. also, the water drained slowly in the shower and bathtub. i think the hotel could use some updates.

great location helpful staff quick service small room limited space outdated decor
The location is really good. I walked to South Kensington tube station easily (it is only 5-10 minutes away). The staff were cute and very helpful, which i appreciated. They brought me fresh milk for my coffee machine quickly when i asked early in the morning.
The room was not very big. I think the bathroom could have used more shelf space. I found the decor of the hotel a bit outdated.
