Accommodation & Design
The Villa Bentota is the first boutique hotel in Sri Lanka converted by architect Geoffrey Bawa. Each of the 15 rooms and suites has a unique layout, style, and decor. Select rooms and suites include a balcony or terrace overlooking the tropical gardens.
Dining
The Villa Café serves an à la carte fusion menu inspired by renowned Colombo outlets. Guests can order customized dining experiences, including a Sri Lankan breakfast, with meals also available in-room. The bar offers wine and champagne, and special diet menus are available upon request.
Pools & Beach
The hotel has two outdoor swimming pools, including a longer pool suited for lap swimming, with pool/beach towels and sun loungers provided. The property sits directly on Bentota Beach, separated from the sand only by a railway line with a pedestrian crossing. Guests can access a quiet, clean stretch of beach with few other visitors.
Spa & Wellness
