fantastic hotel stay
convenient location helpful staff
I liked the convenient location. It is near klcc. the staff were helpful. i appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed. i found the drinking water dispenser on each floor to be very useful.

excellent stay with a towers view
great location klcc view friendly staff
i enjoyed the location because it was close to the petronas towers. i really appreciated the complimentary parking, even though spaces seemed limited. the room upgrade gave us a great klcc view and the staff was friendly and helpful, we felt welcomed.
The breakfast options leaned heavily toward oriental cuisine. I wished there were more western choices available.

The hotel provides a buggy service to the suria klcc shopping mall. It's quite convenient. the rooftop pool includes a very scenic view of the city, and the gym has modern equipment such as treadmills and stationary bikes.

The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. This added convenience. our room had a big window for taking in the scenery. the bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtains helped for sleeping well.

quiet operation asian dishes complicated switches outdated room
The breakfast buffet featured many choices. I saw both european and asian dishes. The room had a good air conditioner and quiet operation. I was able to sleep comfortably.
The light switches proved complicated to manage. I did not find a plug beside the bed. The hallway was as if it needed an uplift. The room seemed tired and outdated.

The hotel has a superb location. I was able to walk to the Petronas Twin Towers through the park (it was very convenient). The room had many power outlets (very practical).

The hotel's location provide access to the surrounding area.
The room had issues. The air conditioning system turned itself off during the night. there exist a persistent urea odor coming from the toilet.
