great central stay
central locationfriendly staffspacious room
the hotel location made city exploration easy everything was nearby i walked to many places including the charles bridge the staff were friendly i felt welcome immediately the rooms were beautiful and well equipped. the breakfast selection included freshly squeezed orange juice which i particularly enjoyed the breakfast area was kept very clean and organized. the size of my room was excellent especially considering the central location of the hotel.
the bathroom amenities seemed a bit old and weren't always restocked consistently this was a minor detail but noticeable.

the hotel offered convenient access to public transportation a metro station was nearby i found this access helpful for reaching destinations slightly farther from the immediate area of the hotel.

the nespresso machine with a variety of pod flavors was a nice touch.
I stayed in room 1 off the lobby, and it was not great. the 6 am trash removal outside was so loud. plus, staff slamming doors early made it hard to sleep. I suspect the hotel knew about this issue already.
