Waking up in the forest was an amazing experience at this hotel, with spacious rooms featuring a part open-air shower and a large balcony overlooking the jungle. However, the building quality was disappointing, with outdated interiors and maintenance issues such as a leaking sink and a broken safe.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, offering the right amount of privacy and surrounded by lovely pathways leading to the main building. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to help with booking tours and activities. The location felt like something out of a travel magazine, with stunning views of the volcano and easy access to La Fortuna, Arenal Volcano, and hot springs. The dining options were delicious, although breakfast started a bit late for my taste. Overall, a fantastic experience with just a few minor hiccups.
