The staff was attentive. I received a thoughtful handwritten note from Elise. Treats like wine and chocolates were a good surprise. The location provides easy access to key attractions.
I noticed limited variety during breakfast. An omelet station would greatly enhance the options. More fruits could also be offered to guests.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful . The room was VERY clean and tidy. The AC got colder than any hotel i have ever been in, that was awesome! I would recommend staying here and will definitely book here again.
The street on which the hotel is located is a bit noisy! and the sound isolation from the street and other neighbours is poor.

The breakfast had good choices. The breakfast staff were efficient and friendly, , made it a great start to the day. I savored the complimentary glass of wine between 6-7pm after a busy day.

I took advantage of the discounted spa entrance and found it a wonderful retreat. The hotel is close to the metro and Trocadero. I found it was in a road, quiet though in the middle of a lovely district.

The room was very comfortable, clean and roomy with a beautiful balcony and outlook. I was pleased with the welcome gifts and personal note. Also the toiletries and coffee and tea maker were lovely, little details , made a real difference.

All the hotel staff were cute, in particular your receptionist Lauren greeted us on arrival. She was very helpful and cheerful. Everyone was so nice and professional, there is a standard of excellence that shines through in every encounter.
