i found the staff at check-in and the front desk very attentive. the doormen were helpful too. the location was very good for accessing the subway.
the room's hot water wasn't working. i had to take a freezing cold shower. the mini refrigerator was also broken. the air conditioning was not working and the room remained very hot.
