the location was acceptable, close to many shops and restaurants.
My room lacked adequate natural light. It was like I was underground. I also found what seemed to be moisture issues, as my bed linens felt damp each evening, unpleasant! There was also no complimentary water in the room.

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and came with many amenities. The gym had modern equipment and space for workouts. I loved the complimentary drinks in the evening. Sumit prepared a cocktail surprise (and it was delicious!).
The car park was a little narrow and required careful driving.

I enjoyed the great LOCATION. It was easy to walk to Pavilion and Times Square. The beautiful lobby was a plus. The hotel offered nice sized rooms. I found this hotel at a reasonable price right in the middle of everything.
I must say the drainage system in the bathroom did give me a LITTLE trouble. Water seemed to collect during showers.

The hotel has a REALLY NICE pool. The 24-hour gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, offering guests a chance to stay active. The pool area also features about twenty loungers and has a shaded area.

the location is very convenient to bukit bintang monorail. it is very close to the highway entrance. the hotel is fully renovated. the breakfast quality is the same or better than other hotels. the club staff had excellent service.

the hotel sits close to the buzz of bukit bintang. it is approximately 400 yards from the monorail and mrt and lrt stations. across the road from the hotel is the kl hop on hop off bus start point.

breakfast had a wide selection of food. there was malaysian, indian, chinese, and japanese options. i also saw western options, like breads, meats, yogurts, sausages and eggs. a wide selection of fruits and pastries were available too.

The room was very big with a comfortable, huge bed. the rooms were also clean. the space design was nice. A suitcase could be laid flat. the rooms also have filtered water supply sink.

All the staff are a credit to the hotel! the staff were very kind. the staff were well trained. they allowed us to check in early after a long journey. I appreciated that.
