habib was so polite and helpful upon my arrival i was upgraded to the fourteenth level i admired the city view from my room the upgrade was a lovely surprise i enjoyed it. the staff were also friendly especially at the reception always ready to assist with a smile it added so much to my stay. the location was central i found getting around easy everything was accessible from the hotel it.
i noticed a sewer smell when using the sink it was minor but noticeable.

the hotel's location proved very convenient with easy access to high-end fashion stores and a short walk to street food. breakfast was superb, showcasing malay, asian, and western dishes. miss miya and miss hazel were extra friendly and helpful and the pool area was clean.
the front desk was frequently busy. sometimes, dialing from the room took longer than expected.

the location was great, right in the center of the shopping area.
I was quite disappointed. the room cleaning wasn't very thorough. I spilled some tea, and the stain wasn't cleaned up the next day, which i found quite unhygienic. also, there was a persistent buzzing sound in the room. it turned out to be the alarm clock and it was a pretty annoying sound.

The location was excellent! It placed me close to high-end fashion stores. A short walk led to the lively street food market and bars. The pool was excellent and the pool area was clean.
My room was on level 3. Noises from outside woke me up every morning. The check-in took ages. There was no reply about airport transport after I emailed them.
